Der sogenannte Herzwein wird mit Petersilie und Honig zubereitet und stärkt bei Herzleiden physischer sowie auch psychischer Natur.
1 Esslöffel vor dem Schlafengehen ist auch ein hervorragendes Schlafmittel.
Zubereitung:
1 Bund Petersilie (ohne Wurzeln) grob zerkleinern
1 l Weißwein
1 Esslöffel Weinessig
Diese Mischung ca. 10 Minuten zugedeckt wallend kochen lassen.
Dann 150 g. Honig hinzufügen und bei geringer Hitze weitere 5 Minuten köcheln lassen.
Durch ein Tuch fließen lassen, und noch heiß in sterile, dunkle Flaschen abfüllen.
