500 g Kirschen oder Weichseln
250 g Himbeeren
750 g Gelierzucker
3 Gewürznelken
1/2 Teelöffel Zimt
Diese Zutaten ca. 4 Minuten kräftig kochen (bis zur Gelierprobe), dann ca. 6 Esslöffel vollmundigen Rotwein hinzufügen und nochmals aufkochen lassen.
Noch heiß in sterile Gläser abfüllen.
